Well, with the past few pages Book One has moved into territory which I wrote recently, rather than 2-3 years ago. Of course it was a lot more basic back then, but I had a decent plan of things. It was even more rediculous then though, as this is really my crazy side story.

But is it really that crazy?

The startup so far is pretty disjointed, but carefully paced (still needs adjusting though I think). I could of done a hell of a better job if I did it now, but that’s only because I’ve been drawing it that I’ve learned that. This is my learning comic. I’ve mentioned before a post modern element to the story, and I was totally serious, believe it or not. On top of that, with the initial scene out of the way, I now have set up for some pretty epic relevations down the line. This story comes full circle in so many ways it’s scary :/

I’ve developed more brushes, and the comic is starting to have what I am thinking is an oil painting feel. Still needs adjustment though.

My rank on Top Web Comics has dropped from 38 to 60, hopefully, I can stay in the top 100 this month. :P We’ll see. Keep voting! I will put up the roughs for the next page as incentives by tomorrow.
